Macro Photog
I have a part-time job at the Marsh Botanical Gardens on the Yale campus and we have some amazing flora. I took some pictures of walls, plants, flowers and insects on flowers. I tried to be brave and avoid the bee stings (major success). Pictures 18 and 19 are teo of my favorites. They are called the hanging lobster claw.with the above shot, look past the flower to the branch

Super Edgar! That was a great place to shoot.. Your camera is definitely up to the task. The last 11 shots are the strongest... If these were taken later in the shoot, that is an indication of why it is important to shoot a lot of pictures... as we get moving, we warm up and work gets better... Nicely done!
ReplyDeleteThank you. A lot of it really is about becoming more comfortable as you shoot. You start to get closer to the subject. With the naked eye, I missed so many details. I am really enjoying this course.
DeleteYou did a great job, my favorite ones are the ones with the bees on the flowers! I wouldn't be able to get that close because I am terrified of bees lol.
